Southeast Project Grass

  • The Southeast Chapter of PENNSYLVANIA PROJECT GRASS is a producer led organization comprised of farmers, local livestock producers, and others with advisers at the Local, State, Federal, levels who are actively interested in improving the economic viability and environmental quality of livestock operations through the promotion of efficient grazing.
  • Southeast Project Grass is one of 5 Project Grass Chapters in Pennsylvania.  Southeast Project Grass through a producer driven executive board, holds pasture walks and periodic educational meetings open to anyone who is interested in grazing.  In addition, Southeast Project Grass actively promotes efficient rotational grazing systems through the procument of public and private grant funding.  We are recently in receipt of funding for alternative water systems for rotational grazing systems.  Solar powered and ram pump powered systems are available for placement NOW!
